This is also referred to as “telehealth,” and it allows you to meet with Dr. Layne Hermansen online from the comfort of your home or wherever you have a strong internet connection. All you need to do is join the HIPPA-compliant video conferencing link through your computer or mobile device that features audio and video capabilities during a scheduled appointment slot. During your call, you will be able to share your symptoms and concerns with Dr. Layne Hermansen to receive an official diagnosis and treatment you need. To protect your privacy, all communication and documents are secure and kept confidential to stay in line with HIPPA best practices.

How Much Does a Telehealth Visit Cost?

The cost of using telemedicine varies on the type of service you receive and coverage from your insurance provider. Many providers will pay for this service, but the extent of coverages varies on your individual plan. You will still most likely be required to pay a co-pay just like an in-person visit.
